The plug caused a bit of a problem (hadn’t noticed that it did say what kind it was!) however got it changed and now all well

Threw ere no clips delivered with the rollers which was inconvenient
It has an American plug so an adaptor is required. They heat up very quickly and are very effective and the curls hold. I have 3 different types of heated rollers and these are the best. Would have been better with custom made clips which are illustrated in the accompanying photo

GOOD VALUEQ
The curlers were perfect with a good range of sizes. My only problem was they didn't come with a UK plug so had to buy an adaptor before I could use them

The clips don’t hold the rollers in place, the rollers slide out as unlike Carmen rollers, they dont have any bristles, totally useless after several attempts to make them work! Had to pay extra for a plug which is now totally useless. Not impressed! Only given from 24th December (delivery) until 31st December to return the item when Amazon offices and post offices mainly closed. Now I can’t return the goods??? Awaiting your solution / refund thank you.

Disappointed half products missing
The product came out with no hair pins for the rollers Had to change the continental plug over to a ordinally 3 pin plug

Not a normal English plug which I expected
I received these rollers expecting just to plug them in but it has two flat pins like a foreign plug. I have looked at plugs online but am not sure which one to buy, can anyone help me please.

Funcionan muy bien. Pero era un regalo y la cumpleañera prefirió devolverlo por no tener pinzas. Yo no me los quedo porque ya tengo. Se calientan rápido y hacen tirabuzones que aguantan hasta que te lavas el pelo.

Teleurstelling bij uitpakken dat we het artikel niet konden gebruiken wegens foutieve stekker aan het toestel. Universele adapter moeten bestellen bij concurrent.

I love this little compact set of rollers. I bought them for a trip and I am pleased with the compact size, time of heating up, and also the type of roller. I'm used to having more rollers in my "at home" set, so that was a bit of an adjustment because I do have long hair. However they worked for what I need on a travel trip! I read a lot of reviews stating that their rollers didn't come with clips. Perhaps they truly didn't, but when mine arrived and I didn't see them, I figured there is something that's being missed. The roller clips were indeed there--they are tucked in a little pocked inside the zippered case to make it easy for travelling. Hope that helps others!
