I am very pleased with these inexpensive trackers. I have attached one to my backpack, one to my luggage and hidden one in my Lexus and Honda. They are easy to open for battery replacement and to attach to items. When you want to find your tagged item, (like car keys anyone?) you can use Google FInd Hub to have the tag chirp. I recently had to replace the battery in one of the tags and it wouldn't "show up" in Find Hub. I sent a note to the manufaturer's support team. They got back to me the next business day with the helpful response that got my tag working again. (Hint: when you change the battery, you may want to know this. Turn the tag off, then on again then press it six times rapidly. Voila! It resets itself and is findable again.)

Bought the 4 pack before leaving on vacation. Set up 3 of them, all worked well. 4th one would not work, I contacted customer service listed on enclosed instructions, they never sent a replacment, nor did they reach out again. If you buy and need 4, best to buy 5 or 6.......update. since the review, mili reached out and offered a full refund. I stated that a single working tag would satisfy my needs, they sent a full new 4 pack! They are as stated in the instruction booklet, a customer oriented company. Thank you Mili, a little overkill, but thank you.

For individuals with conditions such as ADHD, devices like this are not a luxury but a necessary tool for managing daily life. My core requirement is simple: the ability to locate specific objects, such as my two distinct sets of keys (one for exterior access like the mailbox, the other for interior security like file boxes), quickly and reliably. ​The reality of using the MiLi MiTag, however, has been an exercise in profound frustration and regret. ​This product is, simply put, overpriced and functionally unreliable. The core deficiency lies in the device's abysmal connection stability. In approximately ninety-eight percent of real-world scenarios, the tracker fails to register an object even when it is physically located right beside the mobile device. This is not a slight inconvenience; this renders the entire product useless for its stated purpose. ​Furthermore, the technology's performance is deeply compromised by its dependency on external infrastructure. Accuracy is subpar unless one is constantly surrounded by a network of other Google-enabled devices. When a location is finally established, the audible alert is laughably soft—a gentle chirp that is easily lost in even moderate ambient noise. The setup process is, ironically, the only aspect of the MiTag that functions flawlessly. ​Compounding these technical failures is the issue of battery longevity. Despite the tags rarely, if ever, achieving a successful connection or location fix, the battery life is surprisingly whack. Continuous battery drain requires frequent and expensive replacements, creating an unsustainable total cost of ownership. The initial quality control was also severely lacking; the first batch I received contained several non-functional units. While the seller was kind enough to issue replacements, their performance proved to be no better. ​It appears this product has been hastily thrown together without any consideration for the fundamental engineering requirements of reliable wireless object tracking. When a mobile device cannot detect a tagged object in the very same room, that signals a critical, inexcusable design flaw. It is disappointing and truly frustrating to spend this kind of capital on a product you cannot rely on; I hold a deep sense of regret for having invested in this line of trackers. The most disappointing part of this entire debacle is that Google would allow their name to be associated with such a crappy and non-functional piece of hardware. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this product. The underlying technology is simply not mature enough in this implementation to justify the premium price tag.

So far they are okay. They track well enough that I can narrow down and find my keys if they are around my house. I've used 2 of the 4, but one of them came D.O.A. [-1 star] A new battery (CR2032 size) brought it to life. Time will tell if that one tag has some excessive battery drain or if it was accidentally activated at the factory. The only gripe, and this is with the Google software, is that it insists on using one of the two accounts on my phone. Does not give me the option of selecting the other account.

The MiLi MiTag is a compact and easy- to-use Bluetooth tracker that works well with Google Find My Device. Setup s quick, and it helps locate keys, bags or other small items reliably. A practical and affordable option for Android users.

It took me a long time to find a tracker that works with the Google Find Hub, that is compact in size, and that is reasonably priced, but this is it! I've attached it to our TV remote, which we almost never lose now.

Slimmer and lower profile than most trackers on the market. 2. Beeping is louder and more consistent 3. Slimmer profile makes it less bulky on keychain wallet ect. 3. Allows you to find your phone from the tile device. Device finding works both ways. Cons of Tile 2020 compared to MiLi: 1. The white color attracts dirt and grease. Gets gross looking fast. Silicon sleeves exist on the market. but they are overpriced. 2. Uses nonstandard coin battery size. Battery is replacable. 3. Tile was bought out by MyLife360, a company that has had many scandals regarding user privacy in the past. If you are using any Tile on the market, expect for your location data to be sold off and share to data conglomerate firms and possibly other entities. The lack of consumer privacy protections is ultimately why I got rid of my Tile and switched to the MiLi tracker. Pros of MiLi tracker compared to Tile 2020: 1. Uses Googles "Find My Device app" instead of Mylife 360. Google encrypts and does not store this location data or sell it to 3rd parties. This is a huge plus for me any why I bought the MiLi over the tile. 2. Black plastic is much less harder to smudge up and get dirty. 3. Uses standard coin battery size, also replaceable. Cons of MiLi tracker compared to Tile 2020: 1. A lot quieter than the Tile tracker. 2. "play sound" option in googles "Find my device" only works for 10 seconds, then shuts off. Find my device app will still show the sound as playing even though it is not. Stopping and restarting sound every 10 seconds is a workaround. 3. Does not allow you to find your phone from your MiLi device. 4. Bulkier than Tile 2020, though not bulky enough to make a huge difference IMO. 5. Pairing MiLi tracker to "Find my device" is more difficult. Ultimately, they are both great trackers in their own respects. Tile is overall more functional, but at the cost of user privacy.

I bought this tag for my dog because someone was looking after her whilst we went on holiday. Small enough to go on her collar. So easy to set up, even for someone like me who is not tech savvy. Products a loud beeping sound. Unfortunately it stopped working after a couple of weeks. I contacted the company who were very efficient and friendly. They sent me a new one immediately. Could not fault the customer service. Would definitely recommend
