Easiest set up
I've used a lot of different smart plugs and light bulbs over the years, even others from GE. This was by far the easiest set up of them all. I use Google Home and I was able to scan and add it right into Google Home. No need for another app and another account. Took less than 2 minutes, which includes the time it took me to get it out of the bubble wrap packaging it was shipped in. This is the second one I've gotten since the first is working so well. I also like how small it is. It doesn't block the other outlet which is a nice bonus over the older Wemo ones. The price is excellent for something that is so easy to use and set up.

Great plug to work with an Alexa device.
I got this plug to go along with my new Alexa device. I got it to control my living room light. It works great. They price was reasonable aha it connected very easy.

Pretty Good Smart Plug
They usually work fine, but they will sometimes randomly not work at scheduled times with my google nest. It only happens about once a month though so I'm not too unhappy!

Excellent for older homes with lots of lamps!
I'm normally not a huge "gadget" person, but the cync plugs and light bulbs have been a huge game changer in my household. We live in a very old building without overhead lighting in most rooms, so we have LOTS of lamps and even a multi-tiered "plant shelf" with strip LEDs for my houseplants. Everything possible is on our Cync system...even the pendant light over the kitchen sink! Not having to turn on a dozen plus lamps every day is such a quality of life upgrade. I have everything on schedules, but we also have a switch next to our front door to easily turn on/off the entire common space without going into the app.

Love it!
Works great and it’s easy to set up. It’s great if you don’t want to buy expensive lightbulbs or in my case for all Of my outdoor lights.

It says it works with Samsung SmartThings, but it lies.
No matter what I do, I cannot get this thing to get past the iCloud registration that apparently is now required took things up to my Samsung SmartThings hub. I discovered that all devices not only need to be on the same Wi-Fi network, which I knew, but apparently they all have to be on the same frequency for that router as well, as these plugs don’t operate on a 5 GHz frequency range, even though the smart hubs do. Even after rectifying that, this little thing still would not work. Back to Amazon it goes, and I tried the Amazon Basics hub that is a Matter compatible device, but does not claim SmartThings compatibility, but low and behold it works, and it was five bucks cheaper. So my recommendation is skipped this, and just get the Amazon Basics smart plug.

Easy setup, auto connect to Alexa
My third brand of smart plug in two homes and for me the easiest to set up. Auto link to Alexa is awesome. More expensive but functionality is far more reliable. Bought two more sets already.
