Plantex Automatic Aluminium Soft Door Closer with Double Speed for Heavy Door/Hydraulic Pelmet Arm Door Closer for Hotel-Home-Office (ISO 9001 Certified) (Capacity 120 Kg, Brown)

Superb mechanism. Looks elegant and clean. Live in a villa and I had to use it to close the door between the hall and dining area. Since door close inside out and they are heavy white doors, I had to choose something inconspicuous. Great quality with minimalist style.

Good product, good customer service

Cons: - The coating chipped off during the installation, which raises questions about the quality. - The instruction manual only provides a picture of the correct positions for left and right-hand doors. If there were a QR code or video with detailed installation instructions, it would be more helpful, as carpenters in tier 2 cities may not have the knowledge to install it correctly on the first attempt. Pro: - Apart from these two issues, the function is as expected. I will update this review after long-term usage.

Nice product

You may see from images I attached that 3 screws just lost their head just while installing. I was amazed by their strength. Please don’t get mistaken from the pictures represented on the product page: both ends are a different coloured plastic caps. In reality this product is far cheaper looking as well as dysfunctional. Looks premium only on their page. It does work to some extent, but I have no hopes on long term stability

Product is heavy , good for quality and looks wise but I have been calling to Plantex's customer support but no response only IVR ringtone , so after sales service i think they do not provide. Black liquid leaked from door stopper and now it's now stopping the gate instead throwing it to the gate border very fast.. kindly contact me if you provide support and warranty for your products as you claim
