Over the years, I have spent a fortune on different pillows and after a few weeks have been disappointed. How I wish I had bought this back then. Within a week of sleeping on this, my neck pain and back pain have gone and a month down the line, my sleep pattern is so much better. I have been telling all my family and friends about it and if you invest in one of these pillows you will not regret it. It gives great support and the cool side is a god send.

The main selling point for me was being able to adjust the density using the cube memory foam fill, and the packaging supports this well. It comes with a separate box for the stuffing that lets you roughly measure how much you've taken out or added back in, which is a genuinely useful touch if you want to experiment with different feels over time. In practice though, I only really played around with the fill level at the start. After a bit of adjusting, I ended up stuffing it fully, since having some of the cubes removed meant the remaining foam would clump together and stick in places rather than spreading out evenly. This made certain areas feel uneven and less comfortable than I'd have liked. Once fully stuffed, the pillow does sit quite high, but it works fine and provides adequate support for side sleeping and occasional back sleeping. I wouldn't recommend it for front sleeping at that height. On the cooling side, I have noticed a slight improvement, but nothing close to what the marketing suggests. It's a modest difference rather than a noticeable one, though I am using thicker pillowcases, which may be dampening the effect somewhat. One thing worth mentioning is that while handling the memory foam to adjust the fill, I noticed a bit of a smell. Not unpleasant exactly, more the kind of factory or off-gassing smell you sometimes get with memory foam or new mattresses. The foam also felt very slightly sticky, possibly some kind of residue from manufacturing. Found the price to be slightly steep for a pillow but that's dependant on individual budgets. Overall, a decent pillow once fully stuffed, though the adjustable fill feature didn't work as well in practice as it sounded on paper, and the smell and slight stickiness are worth being aware of.

These pillows although quite expensive are well worth the money, the fact that it can be customised to your pillow preference by taking the stuffing out means that however you like your pillow this company cater for all. If you want luxury and don’t mind the price i would recommend getting one or waiting till they are on sale. You will not be disappointed.

As a side sleeper who sleeps with my arm under my pillow, I’ve been having neck and shoulder pains for a while and also would often wake in the night with a dead arm. After getting one of these those issues have gone. The branding is a bit strange I wouldn’t describe this pillow as cloud like. It is quite heavy (not like a cloud) and your head does not sink into it (like it would into a cloud). However, the pillow is very comfortable, supportive and some how soft but firm at the same time. Quite costly but before this I was frequently buying new pillows that would sometimes be great for a week or so before just being like any other pillow. I had this pillow for 2 weeks now and I expect it will last should save money overtime. Most importantly I am not in pain and discomfort and sleeping much better. Note: sometimes I do sleep on my back. When I do I use this pillow on the bottom with a normal pillow on top. My head sinks into the top pillow but gets supported by the cloudpillo underneath and find this very comfortable too.

Disappointing this is not for everyone. Full of promise and I was positive it would be good. I have used this pillow for a week now. I tried it first night as it came, then night by night adjusted amount of foam chips in it to suit me. It's now been consigned to the guest bed. Neck is still painful and I really wouldn't describe it as a 'cloud'. It feels quite firm, which some people will like. I was hoping for a soft feel, but supportive. Back to shopping for a pillow that I like. With no money back guarantee, think before you buy.

Just couldn’t get used to this pillow. It’s lumpy and squishes to easily. Felt like I didn’t have the support I’m used having used a latex pillow in the past. Unfortunately it needed to be returned

My order arrived bang on time, and omg, it's a game-changer! I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis; fractured several vertebrae in my neck & upper body spine.. Although this is a considered purchase, I bit the bullet with the thought on mind, "I can always return it if it's not helping!" I am most definitely keeping it and have just purchased another one 👍🏽👌🏽. I positively love it! My only gripe, and it's a teeny one, is the cost; £130.00 for 2 pillows is quite expensive. As a woman over 50, I had neck pain and shoulder aches for months, this cloud pillow worked for me it’s supportive and squashable as I sleep with my arm underneath,it’s not heavy like other memory foam pillows I’ve tried. No more neck pain for me and you can adjust the filling to make it work for you, if you sleep on side,back etc the booklet in the box gives guidance. One cool side and one warmer side for the pillow cover which is great. I was sceptical as it’s expensive for a pillow but worth the money to me personally, I will buy again!
