I BOUGHT THE ENTIE PACKAGE AND NOTICED THAT A PACK HAD BEEN TORN OPEN AND USED, THAT MADE ME NERVOUS SO I returned. AMAZON THEN HAD A SPECIAL ON THE DEVICE ALONE SO I BOUGHT IT. I LOVE MY MACHINE. THE TRICK TO GETTING IT TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IS TO FOLLOW THE STEPS OUTLINED IN THE GUIDE AND MAKE SURE THE WATER IS AT THE PROPER LEVEL. THE RESULT ESPRESSO OR LUONGO IS DELICIOUS. II USE IT OFTEN. AVAILABLE ON AMAZON IS "IT AL IAN COFFEE FOR ESRESSO LOVERS." which helps deter the cost of the capsules.

Makes great coffee
If you love coffee as we do this Is the machine for you. The Lavazza coffee is absolutely some of the best we that we have ever had. Would highly recommend.

Great product but packaging was iffy
The coffee machine works well! I used one similar in my suite on a cruise and was hooked. The coffee pods that came with it were a mess though. The boxes were broken open and many of the pods were ruined. I did get a replacement sent that was packaged a little better. I would otherwise give this product 5 stars

Works great as advertised!
2 boxes of coffee capsules are included that make a great shot of Espresso or a long shot of Lungo. The machine is very easy to set up and use. It has a streamlined footprint so it doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend it!
