I am diabetic and to be able to have a piece of chocolate once in a while is great.I have celiac also, so I eat very healthy and am a nutrtion nut. But every once in awile I feel like having chocolate and belivie me these are as good as you can get. My family loves them and they are gone in no time which is good for me because of my careful healthy diet. If you get them, you will not be dissapointed. Go ahead, give them a try and give yourself a treat. I got them from Amazon which gives fast service.
