Review: Nice deep moulds, big enough for much more than 100g. Surface of the chocolate comes out smooth and shiny. Properly tempered chocolate pops out easily or with a gentle tap. I’ve only had difficulty getting chocolate out the one time it wasn’t fully in temper, but even then it did come out with patience and a few rounds in and out of the fridge

Nice deep moulds, big enough for much more than 100g. Surface of the chocolate comes out smooth and shiny. Properly tempered chocolate pops out easily or with a gentle tap. I’ve only had difficulty getting chocolate out the one time it wasn’t fully in temper, but even then it did come out with patience and a few rounds in and out of the fridge
