**Q: Is the top inset piece made of glass?**
A: No the top inset piece is not made of glass, however it does have a polished high gloss lacquer finish.

**Q: Can the Rel HT / 1205 subwoofer be placed on the foor inbetween the front main speakers instead of a corner?**
A: To get the best possible performance from the HT/1205 we do recommend placing it on the floor, and while we typically recommend corner placement for single subwoofers it is still possible to achieve excellent performance when placing it between the main loudspeakers.

**Q: Is this an authorized dealer?**
A: Amazon does act as an authorized REL dealer, and as a result REL subwoofers purchased on Amazon will receive the full 3-year warranty as long as the listing shows the item as being "sold by REL Acoustics".

**Q: The sub-woofer enclosure exhibits lot of vibrations on higher volume levels, which makes it move around my floor. 
Is this a defect?**
A: The HT/1205 can produce an exceptional amount of low-frequency output when reproducing bass-heavy passages, which can result in it vibrating itself out of position when placed on hard flooring such as tile or hardwood. If this occurs, then we recommend placing a small amount of Blue-Tack under each of the subwoofer's feet, which will securely couple the subwoofer to the floor and prevent it from vibrating itself out of position while also allowing it to be moved if needed later on.
