This fits perfectly! Ive had a fusion and need two more at least for four more herniated discs this brace when adjusted correctly does a very good job and lifting the core weight off to support your spine the value is great and it adjusts easily. I have had to purchase a ore surgery one and $1,500 and while this is not the rigid plastic it does do the job for everyday use. For the users that say it is junk I just dont see that. Get the right size and you will be pleased with the support. Its easy to put on yourself and to keep it clean just put over a light undershirt I am very pleased with this I did a lot of research before buying this and it was worth it

I recently blew out my lower spine, completely dropped me to the floor in agony, and even a doctor’s injection barely touched the pain. When I put this brace on, the relief and support were immediate, and it’s basically the only reason I can stay functional right now while I rehab my back and try to avoid another surgery. What I love is how easy it is to adjust throughout the day depending on how much support I need, and the sizing is actually legit. I’m 6'5", 225 lbs, and powerlift, and the Large gives me plenty of room (honestly, a Medium probably would've worked too). Even my husband, who had back surgery years ago, tried mine on and immediately wanted his own for daily comfort. It's surprisingly affordable for how well it's built, and if you're dealing with real, brutal back pain and just need to get through your day, I can't recommend it enough.

This is awesome and amazing and works so very well. I really appreciate the ability to cinch it up as tight as you need it to be. It's comfortable, well made and very easy to use.

So far I like it, the big, solid piece in back seems to help better than my other back braces. It is very wide which works well, but to big to wear with regular pants. It has better support than my other braces!

Hi guys I would like to say that this product is exactly as advertised. Been using it for the lower lumbar region but I injured my back and it's been helping me alot. My back is healing and I'm not in pain as before. I would strongly recommend this product for those who suffer with lower back pain. This product is really good especially for the price.

It does provide back support, you notice it instantly. I had to stop using it because of my inguinal hernia repair. I noticed that after using the product over a month i started developing abdominal pain that radiated towards my groin. I discontinued the product and the discomfort disappeared. I'm pressure that it was causing to much pressure, specifically while sitting over 10hrs. This product definitely works as intended. Just keep other facts in mind. I would not recommed it if you had hernia surgery.

Bought to replace another back support which was useless. This one is great! Plenty of support and is pretty comfortable to wear.

Ich habe schon viel ausprobiert, leider auch viel Schrott gekauft und schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Selbst mit Physiotherapie habe ich meine Rückenprobleme nicht zu 100% in den Griff bekommen. Dieser Gürtel war ein neuer verzweifelter Versuch etwas an dem bisherigen Zustand zu verändern und bis jetzt bin ich sehr positiv überrascht. Ich muss auf der Arbeit viel sitzen, wenn ich dann nach längerer Zeit aufstehe tat mir der untere Rücken weh und ich brauchte immer einige Zeit bis ich wieder gerade stehen und vernünftig laufen konnte. Mit dem Gürtel geht es jetzt deutlich besser, auch diverse Bewegungen im Alltag gehen viel viel besser als vorher.
