Product exactly as described. Perfect replacement for my existing machine. Old wool easy to remove and new wool easy to install. Will do this again in a heartbeat!

Replaceable felt makes it worth it
This is the second ball cleaner that we have had. It is similar to previous one however this one is much better due to being able to replace the felt. Our previous one you could not and it ended up leaving marks on our balls that we cannot get off. If you cannot afford a Diamond ball cleaner I recommend this one for at home use. Reasonably priced and with replaceable felt makes it worthwhile. For home use it does the job!

They look just like the originals
Have not yet used the replacement pads. Cleaned 3 sets of balls and they shine pretty nice. There is come black showing on the pads that came in the machine which look just like the originals.

fits the Heioom ball cleaning machine correctly
I purchased the Heioom ball cleaning machine and this set of replacement rings and bottom pad at the same time. Being able to also replace the bottom pad was the deal clincher for me, as others that I looked at were not made in a way that the bottom pad could be replaced.
