Great supplement for all of us, with all the odd things as well as the regular minerals and vitamins.

"Go To" Multi
These have been my "go to " multi for several years. Lamberts is a reliable UK practitioner brand and the wide range of vitamins and minerals and associated dosages are the best collective spectrum I have found at a reasonable price. I especially like that it includes a good amount of all the B-Complex Vitamins. Only (personal) downside is that I would prefer that it didn't include Iron. Coated tablet is very easy to swallow.
