e.l.f. Power Grip Matte Primer

My favorite primer. I have oily skin and this sucks up the oil and makes my face very sticky so the makeup barely moves throughout the day. Highly recommend.

I don't wear makeup often, but when I do, I don't wear a ton. I really like this primer because I can use it and then apply powder foundation and it looks like I used liquid, but it feels like I used just powder. It also holds up in the heat. I've been using this stuff for about a year now. I put it on with powder foundation before an outdoor concert 90 degrees outside in the sun and when I got home hours later my makeup still looked exactly as it did when I left the house. Usually, it looks like a hot greasy mess. My skin is oily and everything looks like I was in the sun. Not with this stuff. It really holds everything in place. Like a good bra.

Best primer I've ever used. Great for matte looks and helps makeup blend very smoothly. My concealer no longer looks cakey and I can feel confident in wearing more coverage around my face, possibly even foundation sometime. Very good price for a great primer. Ilove this primer and I definitely will buy it again!

I recently tried the e.l.f. Matte Power Grip Primer and overall, I’m pretty happy with it! The formula is noticeably thicker than the original Power Grip, which took a little getting used to during application. It spreads well but feels a bit heavier on the skin at first. It’s also not quite as tacky as the regular version, so the grip isn't as intense — but it still holds makeup in place nicely throughout the day, especially for my combo-to-oily skin. I do appreciate the matte finish, which helps keep shine under control. All in all, it’s a solid product if you're looking for a mattifying primer with decent staying power. Just know it's a bit different from the original!

This primer is amazing! I’ve tried many primers over the years, and this has to be the best of all of them. I’ve tried thus far. Sticky grip gives great adherence, not too thick and gloopy. Also reduces shine.

I’ve bought this multiple times. Lightweight and does not cause breakouts. My go to primer.

47-year- old female experiencing life changes within my body so I'm experimenting with makeup to compliments my chemistry throughout this process. Prior to using this product I have been Ulta skin care products only on my face. I wanted to give elf a try given great recommendations and feedback from other customers very well priced Kudos on that great product selection Kudos on that but unfortunately whatever the products is made of and I'm not going to go into the ingredients list is not complimenting my skin or the colors that work best to highlight my beauty. I encourage folks to continue to experiment with various cosmetic products at any age during any of our Journeys throughout life be the best version of you and look for a makeup that compliments all aspects of it elf is a great product love the company concept and business model but unfortunately it's just not working for me right now but something I will look back post this body changing process! You be you because you matter!

This kept my make up on point. i was running around at an outdoor event and it helped it last, i love it better than the others.

Ich habe wirklich schon viele Primer ausprobiert-von günstig bis teuer war alles dabei,aber kein Produkt hat mich so überzeugt wie dieses! Ich habe eine sehr ölige Haut und glänze innerhalb von 20 min. nachdem ich mit der täglichen Make up Routine durch bin-Mattpuder ( das auch nicht wirklich lange hält) war mein ständiger Begleiter. Mit dem Primer von Elf bin ich bis zu 5 Stunden am Stück „ölfrei“ und meine Haut ist einfach matt😊 ich liebe es!!! Wichtig ist,dass man nach dem auftragen des Primers wirklich 1-2 min wartet bis man Make up aufträgt. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

È un buon prodotto, assolutamente non adatto a pelli secche. Bisogna usare una piccola quantità e stendelo velocemente sulla pelle del viso pulito, ma solo una passata, non tornare a ripassare cn le dita altrimenti si gruma. Procedere poi cn il fondotinta adatto x la propria pelle grassa o mista, e poi fissare con la cipria, (per pelli grasse prediligere la cipria in polvere trasparente). Il prodotto tiene bene tutto il giorno il trucco, sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto.
