These stair lights are great! They are easy to install and the motion sensor works really well. The lights turn on automatically when I walk by, which is especially convenient at night. The brightness is just right for the stairs, and the battery operation means I didn’t have to worry about wiring. They look clean and modern too. Very happy with this purchase!

I wanted some small lights for the darker areas around the house without having to leave the regular lights on all night. I put these along the stairs, hallway, and near the bathroom, and they’ve been really convenient when I get up in the middle of the night. a gave it 4 stars because I can't peel the back off to stick it on the wall. I am waiting for double sided tape to arrive. In the meantime, I placed each one every other step on my staircase up to the second floor. I'm impressed, because it works great even with my dog. At the bottom it detects motion five feet away. So, I can turn off the living room light, and the mini sensor starts lighting up the stairs. For the price it's great. My 2 ceiling fixtures; one at the bottom and one at the top need replacing. That's why these are very useful. No more wasting electricity! In december when I have major surgery, this will help me see the stairs as I recover. I'm going to buy more for other rooms. I'll see how low my electric bill gets. the motion sensor with batteries lasts about 4 months and then have to buy more batteries. That's fine with me. I will buy outdoor sensor lights for my walkway and front porch steps too!

Needed lights for stairs to help with elderly going up and down. Disappointed that I had to replace batteries often. Next time I will get the ones that can be recharged.

The motion lights are very good. They are very bright, the only reason why I wouldn't give a 5 star is a couple of the lights didn't last very long. I had to replace the lights, even after replacing the battery, the light didn't come back on.

Pricey, but worth it. After buying many different makes, finding out they don't work - I had to stomp around the lights to get them to come on, and most didn't, I found these and took a chance. They are excellent. They come on even before you step on a stair. They only work at night, not during the day, which is great. Highly, highly recommended.

These are really cheap and simple, but just what we needed to brighten some dark steps. Motion activated and battery powered they are surprisingly bright when on, and turn off automatically after a minute of no motion. We've placed them along every other step leading down to the dark basemen where shadows make the trip trickyt, but with double-sided tape they can stick anywhere. Pro tip, they're not just for steps you can use them in a dark room or closet or garage to help locate switches and emergency items when the power goes out. Also bright enough to act as a small night light in bathrooms and baby / kids rooms so they can turn them on easily for a little reassurance when needed. They do take 3 AAA batteries, so stock up, especially since these packages come with 8 devices, which makes the price very reasonable.
