These stair lights are great! They are easy to install and the motion sensor works really well. The lights turn on automatically when I walk by, which is especially convenient at night. The brightness is just right for the stairs, and the battery operation means I didn’t have to worry about wiring. They look clean and modern too. Very happy with this purchase!

We’re using these motion sensor lights along our staircase, and they’re exactly what we needed. I bought this 8-pack mainly for our stairs, and they have been very useful, especially at night. The motion sensor responds quickly when someone approaches, so there is no need to turn on the main hallway light. Exactly what I needed! Our house gets very dark at night and I have three young children who will go down the stairs in the middle of the night for water and I was so scared of them falling! These lights are very sensitive to motion and turn off after 20 seconds. Easy to put together and the adhesive that sticks on the wall works really well. They are bright so I didn't feel the need to put them on every step. They do not turn on during the day which I was worried about due to the stairs being a high traffic area and wasting battery quickly but they don't turn on at all since the stairs get sunlight from the windows during the day. I was looking at other stair case light sensors that were way more expensive but I am very happy with these lights! They are small but mighty! Great purchase and great price!

The lights are very tiny and easy to install. Just peel off it worked. As some other reviewers mentioned, the battery life depends on how frequent the motion sensor is triggered. so, I figured maybe the best place to put is on some infrequent traffic places. So, I put it under the wall on the porch, near my main house entrance. It looks great when we approach the house, it light up about 5 or 6 feet away. And because we don't exit porch that much, the battery is expected to last a very long time. Feels cozy with its dim light. Also, it doesn't have to be installed near the floor. I put 2 on both side of my door facing up, and it also looks great.

The motion lights are very good. They are very bright, the only reason why I wouldn't give a 5 star is a couple of the lights didn't last very long. I had to replace the lights, even after replacing the battery, the light didn't come back on.

These little lights are great. The motion sensor feature works well. They do need AAA batteries instead of plug directly into the outlet.

They are indeed a nice addy for the stairs yet just to bright. I ordered the warm white and these are definitely not warm white. I don’t like really bright light in the house in the evening, if you do these will be perfect for you.

Pricey, but worth it. After buying many different makes, finding out they don't work - I had to stomp around the lights to get them to come on, and most didn't, I found these and took a chance. They are excellent. They come on even before you step on a stair. They only work at night, not during the day, which is great. Highly, highly recommended.

These are really cheap and simple, but just what we needed to brighten some dark steps. Motion activated and battery powered they are surprisingly bright when on, and turn off automatically after a minute of no motion. We've placed them along every other step leading down to the dark basemen where shadows make the trip trickyt, but with double-sided tape they can stick anywhere. Pro tip, they're not just for steps you can use them in a dark room or closet or garage to help locate switches and emergency items when the power goes out. Also bright enough to act as a small night light in bathrooms and baby / kids rooms so they can turn them on easily for a little reassurance when needed. They do take 3 AAA batteries, so stock up, especially since these packages come with 8 devices, which makes the price very reasonable.
