I LOVE this vibration plate. I had been wanting one for a while and decided to finally go for it. I has several different modes of vibration and different lengths of times as well. Once it reaches the selected time it will shut off. I love that you can keep it on the same level or you can gradually build up the vibration speed. It comes with a remote but it also has buttons on it so if the remote happens to get lost you can still use it. Also comes with bands that can be attached for workouts and there are several different exercises that are included in the user manual. Bottom of the plate has suction cups attached to it so you can suction it to the floor so it’s not moving around during use. I used to wake up every day with pain in my feet and for the first 20 mins I was awake I was hobbling around my house and since I have been using it I have noticed a huge decrease in that foot pain. Overall I am super pleased with my purchase and would suggest this one to anyone looking for a good vibration plate.

Love this machine, I really make my workout better, I can move it anywhere I want to workout either inside or outside .The material its made of seems of good quality, sturdy and it can definitely handle all the shaking. The instructions manual was easy to unders no issues there. After 20 minutes or so I can definitely feel more relaxed, no pain.

If you have been thinking about a plate I do recommend getting one. This one is working great especially for the price. I use it a few times a day and definitely before the sauna. I have noticed it helping to change my body and it feels really nice. Even the toddler I care for hops on it when she feels like it. At one point it was turning on by itself and I realized it was my tv remote that was doing it 😂

This machine works well and has many different levels of vibration. I have been using it for a few months and can feel the lymphatic drainage. I don’t see any weight loss ( not a claim that directly make but others have alluded to it). My only grip is it is a little cheaply made. The buttons have worn off in one a few short months. They have a plastic coating that bubbled and looks terribleThis would be appreciated if the remote it came with was operational. ( it has not worked since I purchased it). The price was good and it does operate well but I don’t think it is the best in class.
