I used this recently for Christmas lights and it worked flawlessly. Also, very easy to set up and now I’m using it on our front porch for a set of lights surrounding our doorway. It has as much time control as I need and seems to be very well made. Good value.

I got this for my outdoor lights and it works exactly as expected. Setup was straightforward and the timer does its job without any fuss. It’s been outside in the weather and seems to handle moisture and rain just fine. The only downside is the two outlets are pretty close together, so I couldn’t plug in two wider plugs at the same time. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. Overall, solid timer and does what it’s supposed to.

I bought this to augment some of these timers that have a photo-eye in them. The problem with them is they work opposite of what I need (operation from daybreak to dusk - not dusk to dawn) I like a few things about this 1) seems well constructed - looks durable and should keep water off too. 2) has dual power outlets 3) has straight plug (I have a 90 degree plug below and could not use a 2nd) 4) was simply to configure the on/off settings. I don't have any gripes but I do have an idea for all of these vendors - create a photo eye that works from daybreak to dusk instead of all of them (seemingly) being dusk to dawn for lights and such. I want to control a fountain only during the day.

Love the convenience of this timer. I used it to turn on lights in a makeshift greenhouse for a couple of citrus trees that are now too large to bring in the house during cold weather. I also didn't want to have to go outside to turn on the lights, so this does the trick and I can control the lights from my couch as needed :). Timer is easy to use if you prefer set times. The app is easy and intuitive.

This item works great for my electric heaters so that I can regulate temperature in various settings. I also had a heater fail, and this item saved my electrical system. It worked as a buffer between the failed heater and shut off.. I was not expecting that out of this item. Safe and economical.

Works as it should, nice and simple to use , No LED screens just set the dial and that's it. Simple is good in my eyes !! Using it for block heater so time will tell . 1 thing which is a me problem . There is a switch and one way it says ON . I was not thinking i thought ON was turning timer on, But the on switch means it's on all the time. Like an over ride for the timer . Once I understood that it works perfect . Again nice and simple for an old person :)

This unit is installed as a timer for a residential yard light during darkness. Although a bit awkward, it is easy to set the on off times. The 15 minute intervals and no programming is why I chose mechanical rather than its digital cousin. As it has only been installed for a short time it works good and I hope for some longevity.

We purchased one of these timers in May of 2025 and it was just excellent. It had 15 minute increments as advertised (each pin representing 15 minutes). It had a nice large timer dial that was easy to configure and work with. So we decided to buy a second one in November of 2025. The new one we received was completely different than the first one six months earlier. It is different than what is shown on the Amazon product page. It does not have 15 minute increments as advertised but instead, has 30 minute increments. The new one has a much smaller timer dial which is very difficult to work with. Very stubborn to spin around and setting the timer pins is difficult because of the smaller dial size and smaller pin size. The new one has an angled AC plug while the original one came with a straight AC plug which was much easier to work with in our environment because of space constraints (we have a stand directly below our outdoor wall outlet). The first timer we purchased in May of 2025 turned on exactly when we programmed it to come on. But the new timer comes on 10 minutes later for some reason (it is not accurate like the first one was). The build quality of the new timer is much cheaper and the unit itself is much smaller and lighter. I wish the company would not have changed the design and I hope they updats the information on the Amazon product page because it is incorrect. I have been an electrician for over 50 years, I do recommend this timer.
