I have been using ZYN pouches going on 3 years and feel it is time to quit. I went from 6mg down to 3mgs, but still do about a can every 1.5 days. I just don't like being a slave to something. The size is comparable to a ZYN, which is really great, they are even a little bit puffier which I like. I got the Spearmint flavor and it is tasty. Doesn't taste like chemicals. I wish it was a little spicier personally, but that's only because I like the burn. The oral fixation is satisfied and it gets me through. I am hoping to transition to these and get completely off of ZYNs. I will try to come back with an update in a month. I didn't really notice too much of an affect in terms of focus or anything, but that's fine with me. It's just to get me off the Nicotine. I feel less guilty about these and am excited to keep using them. I really see this as helping me kick nicotine for good.

I would give this a five star review, as these pouches have good flavor and are useful replacement for zyn. BUT the pouches in my last few cans are disintegrating in my mouth after 30 minutes, which is not nice.

Pouches are well made but they taste NOTHING like spearmint. I love spearmint Zyns, so I got these, but they don’t taste remotely close to spearmint.
