Review: These sound excellent. I installed them in the walls of my office now I don’t have to have speakers in the way on my desk. And the sound is incredible. Installation was relatively easy. I do, however, recommend using an oscillating saw to cut the hole in the drywall. Much easier than using a hand drywall saw. I used 16 gauge wire pulled into my attic. And it seems to work very well. Seems more balanced of sound than I would have expected. But maybe that’s just my EQ doing its job. Review: I love the finish, the look, and the sound. Installation was easy. The magnetic grills are super, and easily painted. These dimensions are available on the Internet. Cutout dimensions: 9-1/8” W X 14- 11/16”H Mounting depth: 3-15/16” The mounting depth may cause problems if the wall selected for mounting is 2 X 4 construction. I hope this helps. **Q: Do these work well for Atmos speakers mounted in the ceiling overhead of the listener? I know they will technically work.
