Review: Excellent service team - This is my first DTF printer and the process was a bit more complicated then I initially expected but the after service team is wonderful and Walk you though step by step. All machines tend to work slightly differently even though they are built the same and the after purchase support teams makes sure to tune your printer to the best quality prints. I have had this printer just almost a year now and still to this day if I run into any issues I can still contact them and get assistance with fixing whatever error has happened. Prints are vibrant and versatile for all my needs plus it comes with everything you need to start printing right after set up.

All machines tend to work slightly differently even though they are built the same and the after purchase support teams makes sure to tune your printer to the best quality prints. ### ⭐ Poor Quality and Functionality

Terrible printer. The first printer sent to me did not work. The company sent a second printer, which also did not work. They offered another model and I stupidly agreed. The printer I do have is not quality. There have been issues after issues. The tech support is very responsive, but they all have a different troubleshooting answer for one problem. Try this, try that...some work, some do not. To have all the issues I have had, for the money paid for the printer, I wish I never bought the item.
