This one is by far the best. The fit is snug and ensures a true o2 deprivation during training. Review: Wonderful would buy again - Absolutely love it. My husband had been wanting one for a while. And he started training for swat medic so I purchased this training mask to help improve his overall performance. In a few weeks. He took time off his mile run which is mostly what we used it for. He wears it to run and during our crossfit workouts. He loves it. Every once in a while I'll get to use it if he's not around. I do use the head band. If I don't it will slide down too far where I have a smaller face and bone structure than my husband does. Would definitely buy another for myself in the future. Highly recommend getting a training mask if your looking to improve overall performance. Makes your lungs and diaphragm work harder in order to get the oxygen your body needs to work. ## Features - TAKE YOUR TRAINING TO NEW HEIGHTS - Elevate your fitness game with simulated elevation training, proven to boost oxygen uptake, lung capacity, and cardiovascular fitness, all backed by clinical studies. - YOUR MOST INTENSE WORKOUT - Tailor your training with 36 on-the-fly adjustable resistance levels, keeping your focus sharp with RESISTANCE TRAINING MASK secure fit and ergonomic design. This one is by far the best. The fit is snug and ensures a true o2 deprivation during training. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful would buy again *by M***E on August 15, 2018* Absolutely love it. My husband had been wanting one for a while. And he started training for swat medic so I purchased this training mask to help improve his overall performance. In a few weeks. Highly recommend getting a training mask if your looking to improve overall performance. Makes your lungs and diaphragm work harder in order to get the oxygen your body needs to work. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Has a few issues but overall glad I bought it! *by T***. on April 25, 2022* It does put a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose. After a while of wearing it I get used to it and forget about it, so it’s not too bad. If you have a beard, be aware there’s limitations with this mask! I have to essentially block all airflow to the mask to get a really strong negative lung pressure. It ends up working pretty well, but I imagine it works better without a beard. Only real complaint I have is that it doesn’t really strap great behind the head and it ends up pulling on my ears. Makes it tough to wear ear buds. But all in all, it’s doing the exact job I need it to do, so I’m still using it constantly! ## Frequently Bought Together - TRAININGMASK - 2.0 Turn Flow - Resistance Training Mask® - Fitness Mask, High Altitude Mask, Workout Mask - TRAININGMASK Training Mask - Straps for Mask 2.0, Adjustable Band for Running, Black - TRAININGMASK Training Mask - Spray Clean Defense, Multipurpose Face Mask Spray, Mask Spray with Fresh Scent, Deodorizing Fabric Refresher Spray for Face Masks, Gears, and More, 1 fl oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/68400268-trainingmask-elevation-2-0-resistance-training-mask](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/68400268-trainingmask-elevation-2-0-resistance-training-mask) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
