Worked well for my mother. It is soft yet firm enough to support her when she needed to rest at a slight angle. The notched part was placed under her butt area to keep pressure off her tail bone because she began developing a bed sore. If anything, it is worth a try to help with comfort.

Very good. It release lower back pain. Especially senior people that has bed soreness in there lower back spine.

A little hard & sturdy in comfort but all in all, a good buy.

I got this JFNoraiva Wedge Pillow for Side Sleeping for my Disabled Son. I have to admit, the pictures make it look bigger than it is. (Or maybe it's just me). Comes in two pieces. Also, comes compressed in shrink wrap and you have to let it puff up for quite a while. Has a zipper cover on them, so you can take them off and wash them. Material is very soft. Can be used several different ways. I wanted this for my Son because he sleeps on his sides a lot and I thought this might help him a little because I am always having to adjust him in the night. We tried putting it like the description shows and he wasn't comfortable. I tried putting the half circle pillow between his knees when he was on his side and he said that wasn't good for him either. We have found that this works best for his knees when he's sitting up in bed. We are able to put this under his knees and it gives him relief and comfort. So this is our main position use of this. I'm sure we will find other ways to possibly use this in the future, but for now it's just his knee support. (PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY HIS OPINION OF THIS, I'M SURE EVERYONE ELSE WILL FIND IT COMFORTABLE AND HELPFUL THE OTHER WAYS HE DOESN'T). Price is Good. I do recommend it.
