I’ve been very happy with this grinder. It’s a great size for everyday use, looks sleek on the counter, and feels well made. The grind settings are easy to adjust, and it does a great job with coffee beans. Cleanup is simple, with very little mess overall—the only minor issue is that a small amount of coffee grounds sometimes sticks to the lid and can spill a bit when opening it. Other than that, it’s a quiet, high-quality grinder that I’d definitely recommend.

I write reviews on about everything I buy, reason is I want people to know what I bought and if it was worth it. I purchase only after reading the reviews on that product. I am happy to say I was shocked to see how good this grinder works. The set control is accurate for how you want it ground.. course, med, and fine. I bought it for herbs and spices. It worked phenomenal, Fantastic,!! Clean up was very easy, everything you need to wash comes out to make it easy. The noise was almost nothing, It has to make a Little noise so you know it is working!! I am completely satisfied and feel money well spent. I surely will recommend anyone looking for one of these grinders to not hesitate. I can not review how long this will last but I believe, as good as it works now it will last a good long time

I bought this for my boyfriend to grind his coffee beans for espresso and we were both pleased with this product! It’s a lot quieter than I imagined it would be and it grinds the beans into a fine powder which is perfect, there are other options for a coarser grind which we tried and found that it also works well. It’s pretty easy to clean the little bowl detaches from the machine which is convenient, however, the brush that comes with the grinder is a bit too small and cheap and doesn’t do a great job at getting the residue out of the blades. Storage wise it’s pretty small and easy to fit in the cabinet which is just what I was looking for. Overall I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend this product!

I got this grinder to use with my French press specifically with smaller batches of coffee than my normal day to do (that exists in my Breville grinder. The grind quality is pretty good, and it's remarkably quiet. The cup holds a good amount of coffee beans and I assume of any hard spice I might be milling. The cup is removable so you don't have to move the whole unit to get whatever you were grinding out of the cup. I love that. Overall, this is a good grinder granted I've only used it once. Something to note, the grind is relatively fine. I don't know if it's fine enough for espresso, but its pretty fine. The only gripe I have is that the plastic housing that holds the blade in place isn't entirely flush to the bottom of the grinding up. This means that stuff can get mildly impacted around the edges of the plastic housing. All that said, if you need a quality all purpose grinder, this is the grinder for you.

Very quiet compared to my 25 year old replacement. Love the removable grinding cup. Very easy to use, clean and store. No mess like fixed grinding cup. Measurements on cup and easy touch to grind.

1,000% recommend this grinder! It is PERFECT for any way that you make coffee! I used it specifically for French Press, but the timed control grind is fantastic. I do wish the handy "cheat sheet" that's listed came with the grinder itself. But I went back and screenshot it so I would know what time to set everything to. Does not clog, fits perfectly on or under the counter or coffee cart, is completely worth the money, very clean to use, and nice and durable.

I purchased this specifically because it is listed as being very quiet, and because it generally matches the other appliances in the kitchen (black and stainless steel). As I was considering this product, it was between this and the Krups Silent Vortex, and I sided with this one because to be honest, I couldn't really tell which would be quieter, this one is less expensive, and because this one is advertised as having a more powerful motor (200w, vs the Silent Vortex 175w). That said, I can confirm that the wattage of this product is in fact 150w, as marked on the bottom of the product, and as noted in the instruction manual. I can also say that this is MAYBE slightly quieter than the coffee grinder that this is replacing (which is a 100w Black and Decker SmartGrind which was purchased likely over 20 years ago), but honestly it's a bit hard to tell because running without anything in it, the Shardor is definitely louder, but with beans in it it's about the same for the first few seconds and then maybe it's quieter? But I'm also not going to waste a bunch of coffee trying to figure it out. So those two negative points aside, what I will say is that the aesthetic design is nice, and mechanically is simple and seems to work well. As compared to the old grinder, it does grind faster (no doubt because it's 50w stronger than the last one), and I like that the cup is detachable. This grinder is notably larger than the last, but not so large that I wouldn't store it on the counter. The cup that the beans go into is also large and would allow me to grind more coffee than I would use for a whole pot, and also seems to do a reasonably good job for a blade grinder. Overall I don't regret the purchase and feel it's a good item for the price. That said, to call the item "super silent" when it's not notably quieter than the "regular" coffee grinder I had seems like a bit of false advertising, as does marketing it as a 200w motor when the item itself and the instructions indicate it's 150w. That said, I feel like I would be happier with the product if I didn't feel fooled by marketing, but admittedly may not have purchased it if the marketing were accurate, ergo my rating.

Very good item, as described. I’m using it to grind my Turkish coffee beans, one trick for the Turkish coffee grind it twice.
