These traditionally made spirits - oven kilned, stone ground and copper stilled - are few and far between and shine above anything else. Get yourself a good glass, pour it out at room temperature and let it breath for 5 mins. Then sip. It's warm, peppery and smooth. Enjoy it, savour it. Realise that you're probably drinking one of the best reposado tequilas on the planet. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny. I'm sure it makes a wonderful cocktail but that would be a waste. No mixer, no ice.
