great choice
I’m very happy with it. It’s fast, smooth, and has a lot of great features for the price. The 16GB RAM and 128GB ROM make multitasking easy, and I haven’t noticed any lag while switching between apps. You can also expand the storage up to 2TB with a TF card, which is great for storing videos, games, and files. The 11 inch display is clear and bright, and it supports Widevine L1, so I can watch Netflix in HD. The sound quality is also good for a tablet, which makes watching movies more enjoyable. The Octa-Core processor keeps everything running smoothly, and I can easily play games without overheating or slowing down. One of the best things about this tablet is the 8580mAh battery. It lasts all day with regular use, and I don’t have to charge it often. The camera is decent too the 13MP rear and 5MP front cameras are good for video calls and taking casual photos. It also supports 5G WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0, so the connection is fast and stable. GPS and OTG support are nice extras that add more value. The Android 15 system feels modern and is easy to use. This is a solid and affordable tablet with strong performance and useful features. The touch screen is very responsive, and it reacts quickly to taps and swipes Whether you're using it for watching videos, browsing the web, reading, or casual gaming, the U11 is a great choice.

Great value for streaming
Sitting in the UK's grey drizzle, you might want a tablet to brighten things up, and the DOOGEE U11 could just do that. It has a sleek 11-inch HD IPS screen, which is ideal whether you're catching up on your Netflix binge or sneaking in a game at work. It features a cheeky 90Hz refresh rate that keeps things smoother than a Mancunian trying to dodge an unexpected downpour. Now, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Inside, it runs on an Octa-Core processor with 16GB of RAM, which might sound impressive until you realise that 12GB of that comes from some crafty expansion technology. For my taste, it’s like wearing slightly padded shoulders. The ample 8580mAh battery means you've got the stamina to last through the longest of rainy weekends indoors. On a device that’s not all shiny and chrome, charging is disappointingly slow. But the audio clarity is a pleasant surprise, and with its shiny metal backside, it's quite the looker. If value for money were a football game, this tablet would definitely secure a decent spot on the roster without hogging the spotlight. Perfect for streaming and some light gaming, but don’t expect it to replace your laptop or rescue West Ham in the finals.

Full price? Meh! Half price?...
I bought this at half price so I'm going to review it at full price and then leave you to decide if it's worth half the money.First, it's quite lightweight and feels pretty strong with a nice metal body. I can't imagine it would take any kind of drop without a protective case, but it will be up to the odd bump or scratch. The battery life is good. It certainly seems to be happy doing some work for a few hours. Internet browsing and media duties doesn't seem to bother it at all.The device can be a little sluggish on startup but give it a minute or two get a coffee inside of it and it will ping around at a pretty fair pace, happily swapping between tasks without a blink. Games seem to run well , provided you're not expecting to rip though a AAA rated game without breaking a sweat. The sound quality is not too bad for a relatively thin, budget device. It's no cinematic experience but you could watch a TV show on it without any complaints.Android 15 is the latest version (at present) and so you have access to all the latest apps with confidence you are secure and there's no bloatware or clunky custom launcher in the way of a pretty much native Android experience. The cameras are not great. They really seem to struggle with every lighting level and are very sluggish. They would be ok for a video call sat still but for any other use they are poor. It's an odd flaw given that even budget phones have ok cameras these days.So finally, the screen. First, the touch screen is responsive. No problems there. Then there's the display. It is large, bright, vibrant, colourful and the text is pretty clear. Should be all good. But here is the problem. It's actually too big, clear and bright to hide the fact that the resolution is quite low. Even a glancing look shows you pixels. Little jagged bits on curved letters. Little jumps in colour that should be smooth gradients. Personally I find it slightly distracting which is a bit of a shame. So to summarise, I'd say it makes quite a nice tablet for general family duties. It will eat web browsing, TV watching, checking emails and keeping the kids quiet for breakfast. Does it justify the full price? Not so sure, especially given the adblurb Doogee build it up with. It's not the powerhouse they imply but, hey, for that price you get what you pay for.I know I said I would leave you to decide if it's good value at half price. Well, I've changed my mind. Spoiler alert! Absolutely yes!Full price? Meh! Half price? Yeah!!
