I took the vehicle for a drive, and it was fine until I stopped, and so did the engine. Quickly I restarted the engine, but it was idling rough, and the rpm was low. Once off idle it seemed fine. I thought possibly I had a vacuum hose come loose, so I rechecked and all was fine. I then thought maybe the EGR was sticking open at idle due to a piece of carbon, but there hadn't been a code set. I decided to try the easiest thing first, and added Royal Purple Max-clean to the fuel. In less than 100 miles I noticed the difference, and after a 150 mile trip it was running great, and idle was back to normal. Don't know for certain, it could have been one of the injectors was dirty, but all is back in order now. I would recommend this additive to others, it certainly worked for me.
