Perfect for finding and sorting out issues on my Mercedes R230 SL500. It is easy to use and fault finding is straightforward. Price is good and software updates are easy to install. Highly recommended.

Worked extremely and identified the problem I was having with dashboard error lights. Make sure you update the software first via the website. Mine was for Mercedes vehicles and intially couldn't find my Vito based camper van listed, but found it under the Sprinter grouping. A great investment as Mercedes have a reputation for failed sensors and this highlights which is causing the problem.

This scanner for Mercedes vehicles is really good very good programs and will access all systems on the mercedes and that is alot. I changed the battery on my 2020 GLE350 and I had to reset alot of system after a little reading I was able to get to the correct programs this little scanner has an amazing amount of information exclusive to Mercedes I am a retired auto technician and was a drivability tech for the last 20 years of my career I have used alot of systems to diagnose problems but this has to be one of the best and the price is very reasonable

It works as you would expect, it tells you the problems and possibly clears them. Somes problems cannot be cleared and requires knowledge of how to fix the issues. If the tool actually can tell you how to fix these issues, step by step, then you could put mechanics out of business.

Worked great for my 2020 MB Sprinter 2500 4x4 (VS30). This worked as a bi-directional reader and code fault clearer for my Sprinter van. It was super easy for it to read the VIN and then run diagnostics across all of the systems. This van is a camper van build so I was able to clear all of the lighting electrical faults from when I disconnected and replugged in the cab lights. I was able to identify the issue I expect the mechanic will need to fix, and now have some peace of mind before I get a big bill assigned to the problem!

Got this for my Mercedes Sprinter Van and it saved me a trip to the service center, just before a long trip. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts, is it would not read the VIN. I had to manually enter the 17 digit number. That can be tedious. Otherwise it worked great. I've not tried it on other vehicles but suspect it would work fine. I'll try it just to see if it checks all systems, even if there are no check engine lights. Also, very easy to download error codes on the micro SD card and plug it into a laptop, once you download the PC or Mac application.
