My last LITTLE GIANT CONDENSATION PUMP stopped working after years of use,so I wanted the same . Received this one and it,s working fine. The box and inside contents look fine as another reviewer had stated he received one that had the motor switched ( not sure who he purchased it from) but this one looks legit.The water flow is fine,same size as my last one so replacement was quick, no leaks so far, all good.

Installed and working as it should. The one just replaced had lasted 10 years. Good little pumps.

This pump was easy to install. Got tired of paying HVAC installers / repair people between $200 and $300 to install condensate pumps so I ordered the pump and installed it myself. (I'm a 75-year-old female.) The tank on my previous pump was inadvertently broken when a new water heater was installed (by a professional) next to it. This pump worked fine for 2 months when suddenly I noticed a puddle on the floor next to the utility closet in which it sat. Couldn't figure out the problem because I thought I could hear the pump cycle on and off. I ordered a new unit and installed it. Afterward, I decided to test this old unit in the kitchen sink. The pump worked fine (shot water up to my ceiling). Then I saw the problem. The tank had cracked. I don't know how it could have happened because it sat in a utility closet between my furnace and water heater. Seldom do I ever even open the door to that closet. Makes no sense to me. I'm saving the pump just in case my new pump stops working and the tank is still intact.

Works great! Quiet pump and works well. I just saved myself at least $300 by buying and installing this myself. This is the exact model that was installed 11 years ago with a new furnace. Excellent purchase.

Great replacement for your furnace and ac. Easy plug and play . Works great and a very good price to eliminate water.

I am a recent widow. So, I had to reach deep inside me to get the courage to do my own home repairs. I found honey do issues that he left undone. I had originally ordered 1 with safety switch accidentally. I ordered the right part with next day delivery. I quickly installed and ran the drain line to my shower in the basement since I actually needed about 6-8 more feet to run to drain. It works fine, my basements dry and I couldn't be happier. In fact my HVAC seems to be working better. Thanks lLittle Giant for accepting my return and building my confidence in myself by having such an easy install. I had to buy the proper part in order to fix my issue with a leak that was keeping my floor wet. I didn't have time to waste on exchange, therefore, I had forked out the dough for both parts, prayin I get a full refund. Accept my apologies for delay in return. I lost my hubby who took care of all of these things for me.

Amazing item for the price. Easy setup and wiring in. I cut the plug end off and wired it into the box inside the furnace. I connected all the hoses and ready to fire up. I filled with water and turned on the switch, it pumped fast and emptied the tank in no time and shut off ass it should. The check valve held great too and off we go to the race track.

This got hooked up to a furnace. Has pumped condensate away since no problems.

Purchased this pump as a back up when my existing unit was replaced. Had to replace my first pump after 4 years because it lost the ability to discharge up six feet. I checked it and the pump was operating and the hose was clear. It would pump without the hose attached but when attached lost the ability to build pressure. The check valve was operating fine. The tank had some build-up and algae even though I periodically run vinegar through it. Since it is connected to my gas furnace and a/c it gets a lot of cycling over the year. I suspect the impeller has some build up on it but cannot be dismantled because the impeller housing is glued together making this the only fault I have. If it could be disassembled I think it could have been cleaned and possibly still continue to function. Still think it is a good pump for condensate. I have switched to using bleach periodically to see if this helps keep the tank cleaner.
