Extra Thick Yoga and Pilates Mats 1/2 inch

This mat is thick, supportive, doesn't bottom out, yet still offers a good amount of squish/cushion. Great so far for the exercises I'm doing on hardwood floors. Feels durable and like it'll be a good value for what I paid, but I'll re-review if that turns out not to be the case. The straps are eeehhhh, but that's fine, I would much rather them cheap out on the strap a little than the mat itself. Very satisfied so far.

This particular mat was recommended by my daughter's fitness trainer. It was not too pricy, and it is very comfortable and cushy for working out on my hardwood floors. The thickness also allows me to do my exercises comfortably in my bare feet. It seems durable so far. I love it in these early days. You can roll it up, and it has carry straps if you need to transport it. I just use it at home, so not important to me, but I know it is for a lot of people.

This yoga mat makes all the difference. I hate how when you buy a yoga mat it’s thin and you can still feel the ground or the floor through it and it’s hard and there’s no cushion and it causes pain and all of the different movements . Not on this thing! I can take it anywhere outside as long as the ground is flat and have an amazing yoga session. I’m never sore, it hasn’t cracked her bent, and it’s so comfortable that no matter what yoga position you’re doing it has just enough cushion and give to really support you. I would recommend this to anybody who does yoga on a regular basis. Seriously, when I say it will change your entire yoga routine. I mean it. Well worth the investment, even though it was a little pricey. The worst thing about it is how big it is to store it. But it’s definitely worth it!

I love this mat (the thickest one) and because I need a *lot* under me I stack it with two thinner ones, same brand. One star off because they do degrade over time - I don't feel the difference but they all get little cracks and holes (in about a year). Not so pretty but plenty cushioning still.

Very pleased with this, I have used it several times now, it is durable and provides comfort and support.

I was having such a difficult time keeping up with my at home workout program but now with this new mat I can jump and it doesn't hurt my back! It supports my whole body with the thick pad and absorbs extra movement. It rolls up and back out nicely. However I did find it slipped a little but I was doing very fast back and forth shuffling with my feet. It is nice and thick and the straps I haven't used because I keep it at home anyways.

I recently had spinal surgery, and have started to do a bit of rehab exercises at home. Doing them on the floor was very uncomfortable on my back. After much research on exercise mats, I chose this one and am so glad I did! It's the perfect thickness, and makes getting down on the floor so much more comfortable. I was afraid it might have a strong chemical odor, as many reviewers of other mats have noted. I'm super sensitive to smells, and this one doesn't smell at all. Very pleased with my mat and it was a good price, too. Highly recommend!

This is a great mat simply because it’s extra soft just what I needed

The item is superb for yoga and floor exercises at home or gym. Very firm yet soft on the knees elbows and back. Comes with two retainers with carrying handle and elastic bands. Would have given seven stars if option was there. This is another gem of an item that came from Amazon Warehouse with great value for money. The item was fully packed without any signs of damage. Thanks to amazon warehouse for such fantastic deals.

Very high quality exercise/yoga mat that is very slip proof and provides excellent cushioning. The carry strap allows for perfect transportation of the mat if you do not roll the mat too tightly as I initially did. I love the colour! Not too thick and is of very sturdy material for standing on during yoga and exercise. I use this for both types of uses. Is of lightweight material but solid material. Easy to carry around. Excellent value for the money.

Use for Yoga, really nice on hard floors as the mat is a good thickness.
