These work fantastically for thickly cough's and with no paper means you can take them discretely e.g. in cinema's - came with a small box for ones handbag - fantastic other than my partner took it to keep in his rucksack! They are soothing not medicinal so don't help to "freeze" the throat if its very sore but otherwise very soothing without the sweetness. This pack is good value for money compared to buying them even in switzerland and has been divided up amongst my family.
