市販のタイルカーペットに貼り付けました。 壁に沿わすと、固定されて、快適に部屋練習できます。 カーペット裏はゴムで重みがあり、50センチ角なら回転も邪魔しません。

ドライバーの練習には良いと思います
練習場に中々いけないので購入致しました素振りだけでは実感が湧かないので感触を得られるので大変良いです 高さ調整出来るのも良いですね但しフルスイングで行うとマットごと動いてしまい私はアンカーでマットを 固定して使用してます 後は回転してボールが定位置にセットが面倒ですスイングの後スプリングかゴムで定位置に戻ると良いと思われます

打った感覚が感じにくいので しっかりミートできても ほぼ素振りしてるのと かわらない感じをうけた

家の中でハーフスイング用に FWはマットにアイアンはティに触るぐらい 練習場のマットでも出来るが家なら手軽にできるから購入 前からこういう 練習は必要な感じがしたので買ってよかったです
