User
Perfect 2 quart jar.
The jars are fantastic. However, one arrived cracked despite the careful packaging.Edit, without contacting customer support, Ball sent me a new jar to replace the broken one. The delivery of the new jar was a pleasant surprise. This leads me to believe that customer service reads the reviews and without prompting initiates a resolution that serves the customer. This level of of customer service has earned my patronage.
