Have less pain wearing it
I have 3 of these so I can launder & air dry. I have no disc space at waist, so painful when I maneuver doing any activity. I still have discomfort, but much less so I can garden, etc. The best is to develop core muscles, but until you do, this helps out. Back braces slip on your clothing when you are moving around and you keep on pulling it down. I wear this one next to my skin, thus needing several due to sweating. If you have SI joint pain, I also wear Serola SI belt. I wear it on the outside of my clothing and it does not slip. I have tried many brands.
