It worked without any extra drivers on my wife's Mac - chose the new camera in photo booth. My daughter thought it was very amusing and gross, looking in her ear, my mouth, fingerprints, and other random things to hand. I found the light fader on the cable later. The stand was useful to keep things steady. Hopefully it'll work on my phone once I have an OTG cable.

First, the supplied application doesn't take 1600x1200 pixel images, but 1920x1080 pixel images. I don't know if another application would give a different resolution (I don't have anything else to try). I got it to examine record player stylii, and it performs this quite well (see photos). It helps to use additional illumination, as I found it hard to get reasonable images with just the in-built LED lights (specular reflections and burnt-out highlights). Maximum magnification appears to be when the end is around 3-4mm from the subject, which fills the image with a subject around 3mm long. The first image is a stylus that hasn't been cleaned in a while (Shure M75ED Type 2). In the second image (cleaned stylus), you can see the reflection of the ring of LED lights where the base of the stylus mounts on the cantilever. Just for comparison, I've included a photo of another (new AT-VM95E) stylus taken with a Canon DSLR at 5x actual magnification. The quality is better, but when you consider the Canon DSLR, Lens and Flash cost around £1500 this looks a bargain.

What a pile of rubbish well don’t know about the actual camera as I didn’t manage to get it to work. The disk it came with would not run on my windows 10 laptop and I ended up getting a virus trying to download the program from the internet I’m very angry now as this is the 2nd type of endoscope camera I have tried that did not work So definitely wouldn’t recommend

I suppose it's evident from the fact that it has an advertised 2 megapixel lens, but image resolution is pretty low. Easy enough to assemble, instructions on a micro-dvd, but all in all not much use. Has integral LED lights but these are not very bright. A kid's toy.

Plugged in to USB on desk top PC and used Win 10 Camera app, did not have to install anything. I then spent hours looking at various things - great. One tip, use "Advanced" to enable manual control of exposure. Then I tried on my Moto G6 phone, I had hoped that the reviews left by various Samsung owners of the app constantly crashing would not affect me, but it did, gave up and uninstalled app after 5 minutes. Will keep as useful for looking at tiny things on PC, both with stills or video.

A great small camera/endoscope/magnifier with multiple uses; and it is especially good since it works on different devices- ie. on my PC, pad, and phone. The 2 megapixel CMOS gives a quality picture. I am sure I will make great use of it. Unfortuneately the app connected to the QR code, is the wrong one- one has to choose the endosope version.

Dont expect a microscope. It's just like an webcam with easy manual focus. The light incorporated is not useful, and even with that light off is still getting hot. Not warm, hot. My k-probe said 58C. Hopefully the metal body can dissipate all that. I'll use it on a bigger metal stand just for that. Image quality is good for smd work, no major lag. I can not work smd under, adding heat will kill it for sure. Inspection-wise is good, fast reaction to light changes.

Ok for the money I guess and useful for cleaning small things like my earphones.

Excellent petit outil pas cher qui me sert à photographier et filmer le monde des insectes, fleurs, etc . L'application android suggérée (camera usb) ne fonctionne pas et il ne faut pas hésiter à en télécharger une autre (cherchez en une sans pubs) . Le petit pied fourni est très bien fait et m'a servi pour la video des fourmis ci-jointe. Ce qui est difficile est le focus qui est entièrement manuel et qui combiné à une profondeur de champ extrèmement faible (c'est normal avec de forts grossissements) rend l'utilisation de la camera-microscope difficile. Pour la video jointe, le focus est fixe et la camera-microcope est montée sur le pied fourni. Une petite goutte de miel a aide les fourmis à rester dans le cadre.

He adquirido el producto para vigilar entre otras cosas el desgaste de la aguja del giradiscos. Aqui os dejo una imagenes de una Audio technica AT Vm95sh con aguja Shibata donde se aprecian perfectamente los cortes y el estado de los mismos; muy importante la iluminacion, la que trae es bastante buena aunque le he dado apoyo. Las cinco ultimas imagenes son de una capsula basica de Technics con aguja conica EPS 24. Le doy cinco estrellas a pesar del brazo de sujeccion que no esta a la altura. El software para Android no funciona en LG G7 aunque si lo hace en LG G2; he buscado otras Apps y solucionado. En Windows si funciona aunque he buscado el software mas actualizado en otra pagina.

Bildqualität und -Auflösung ok. Nachteil: Das Einstellung für Bildschärfe und den Dimmer für die LED-Beleuchtung sind etwas zu leichtgängig. Der Helligkeit der LED läßt sich ncht ganz linear (dh gleichmäßig) einstellen. Für rund 20€, die ich bezahlt habe ist das aber ok.

Funciona en win 10 y en mi tablet huawei t1 antigua. Los demás dispositivos Android o iPhone no funciona. La conexión es muy frágil. Se dobla muy fácilmente
