I was recommended these shoes by my podiatrist and he was right. I bought an Amazon return and had no issue and saved a lot of money. The white color was very nice for the summer. My shoes are pictured on the left. I replaced the laces with brighter neon yellow laces.I am no longer a runner, but these have a lot of cushion, even the cushion around the ankles and heels. Some runners like that, some don't. They're very well ventilated so nice for the summertime, maybe not so much in the winter. Like 90% of the Asics I get, they're perfect out of the box meaning no break in time. They look great on my big feet. I can't really comment on the durability, but looking at the treads right now, it doesn't look like they wear down very easily. However, I would say the toe box can get stained pretty easily.
