Great quality and taste. Perfect for baking. Without the refined sugars or sweetenersc. Only downside is that i think they are a little on the expensive side so probably won't be able to purchase again

Great product for my black bean squash brownies… nice size and texture for baking… adds a bit of sweetness with the coconut sugar … wish it was slightly less expensive and it would be good to confirm the heavy metal levels.

I want to be upfront with you: I have never baked with these. I cannot speak to their performance in cookies, brownies, or any other application that involves an oven. What I can tell you is that they go directly from the bag into a Mason jar on my counter, and from that Mason jar directly into my mouth, and they are exceptional at that specific use case.The 72% dark chocolate hits the right balance — rich and complex without being aggressively bitter, which is apparently the sweet spot for eating them by the handful straight from a jar. Guittard knows what they're doing, and whatever they're doing results in a chocolate chip that is genuinely difficult to stop eating once the jar is open.The Mason jar system is highly recommended. It keeps them fresh, makes them accessible at a moment's notice, and — crucially — gives you the psychological feeling that you have a system and are in control of the situation. You are not. The jar will be empty faster than you expect.These are on subscription at my house at this point, which probably tells you everything you need to know. If you're looking for a baking review, I'm afraid I can't help you. If you're looking for confirmation that these are worth buying purely as a snacking chocolate, consider this your confirmation.Five stars. The oven has nothing to do with it.

I've ordered many types of gourmet chocolate, I think chips are great for just a quick flavor kick without the meal , two chips is enough for a response , less feeling of worry , stress melts.. all the positive effects of chocolate without the regret of a bar!The package is quality aluminized Mylar and can be rolled/folded using a binder clip to keep the seal air tight !!Some chips the flat sides stick together, so if making cookies it might cause extra chocolatey spots, but all chips are very shiny and fresh. When opening the package all I could smell was cocoa !
