Useful for extended fermentation time
Easy to use and I like the individual jars. Has adjustable timer and temperature to enable extended fermentation. Very easy to clean. The instruction booklet is a poor translation but easy to work out.

Unreliable
Over heats and I need a fixed steady temperature. I think I’ll buy the Ultimate yogurt maker.

It is useful and faster
I love it. But still trying to figure out why is doesn’t ferment as perfectly as the manual way I used to do on my own with mason jar and cheese cloth.
