I’ve been using Dr. Berg’s Zero Sugar Electrolyte Powder daily for over a couple of months now, and it’s genuinely transformed how I feel on strict keto days. I mix it with water before my evening walks or after a long day of OMAD fasting, and the difference is clear and no cramping, more steady energy, and no keto fatigue. The orange flavor is surprisingly natural and refreshing, not overly sweet, and it dissolves instantly without any grit or powder settling at the bottom. I especially appreciate the real pink Himalayan salt and 1,000 mg of potassium, it feels like I’m actually replenishing what my body loses while staying in ketosis. The tub would last me weeks, and the 50 servings mean I don’t have to constantly restock as often. This stuff is amazing for hydration. It is a little expensive comparted to other electrolyte drinks, but it is totally worth it, i have not found any other electrolyte drink that contains as mush potassium as this (potassium is important). The tub lasts for ages i have this on auto delivery every 3 months. The taste is quite mild there are at least one other flavour but this one i find the best.

I do a gym and dry sauna session at least 4 times/week and was losing lots of salts through perspiration. I decided to try Dr Berg's electrolytes. They are more reasonably priced than LMNT which is outrageously expensive. The tub will last me several weeks, so in terms of value, it's very good. The flavouring is OK but you can taste the sweetener but it doesn't really bother me. I started off using half scoops in a big glass of water. This approach suits me best because one whole scoop makes my heart rate increase a little. Initially, try a half scoop in a glass of water and follow that up with another half scoop a few hours later. Once you put it in water, stir well and leave it for about 5-10 mins because solubility is a little slow. Definitely helps me recover faster after sauna and gym.

I tried to tolerate this but I couldn't drink it. It is disgustingly sweet. How on earth you're supposed to drink one scoop in 500mls of water is beyond me. Its way to much. All that stevia cannot be good for you. Why make it so sweet when most people buying this are on low carb diets and even if theyre not, this is still a ton of sweetener. I'd echo what others said too - it doesnt dissolve in cold water - it just clumps together. It was a complete waste of a lot of money for a supplement. I expect better from Dr Berg. A lot better.

This was way too sugary for my taste and could not tolerate unless mixed with lemon or orange juice. I wouldn't buy again. Avoid this if you're sensitive to strong stevia-taste.
