Are weight plates included?

Weight plates are not included. The unit uses standard plates and supports up to 450 lb total capacity, so you can use plates you already own or buy them separately.

How much space do I need?

The footprint is about 69.29" L x 41.33" W x 80.7" H. Leave 2–3 ft of clearance on the pulley side for full-range pulldowns and rows. Fits most garages, basements, and spare rooms

Is it quiet enough for an apartment?

Yes. Near-silent alloy pulleys and a smooth steel cable keep noise low, so you can train early or late without disturbing others. A rubber mat further reduces vibration.

What exercises can I do?

Lat pulldown, seated row, cable upright row, chest fly, leg extension, leg curl, curls, triceps pushdown, shoulder press and more — 20+ moves for back, chest, arms, core, and legs.

Is it good for beginners?

Yes. Multi-position adjustment and 3-level butterfly arms let you set light resistance and shorter range to start, then progress to heavier loads as you get stronger.
