Good drinks for a poorly husband
I purchased these protein fortisip drinks for my husband is is very ill at the moment - and not eating. They are a little sweet but he is getting some protein and calories inside him. He liked the flavour. They are on the expensive side -(but you can get them on prescription if entitled). I bought these until my husbands prescription was ready.

These are so sweet so not good for people with loss of appetite as can be a bit sickly. I was surprised how few calories there are in them.

Best Protein supplement drink.
Firstly don't be put off with white Fortisip label covering the brand name Fortimel, which is the EU brand name. it's a parallel import common in pharmaceuticals It's normal UK Fortisip. 18g protien is great, drinks less sweet than other brands. Not too thick. Had 2 a day of these in hospital for 2 months. Still have 1 a day to maintain weight.
