Well Balanced Sound
great sound for the value, ear tip fitting affects a lot on sound quality somehow

First pair not as described, new pair fantastic.
The earbuds are obviously top notch as far as being from a quality brand such as Bowers & Wilkins. However, I bought these as an “Amazon Resale” & thought the price was very reasonable, especially as they were described in the initial listing as “As New”, later changed to “Mint” for some reason. I digress. I’m pretty disappointed in the way this item was described & the difference between that & the reality. They arrived minus the charging cable, there was earwax on the buds & a small chip on the charging case. In no way could that add up to being “As New”. *Update: I sent the resale buds back & ordered a new pair. I am blown away by the sound & the quality straight out of the box. On the B&W app you can adjust the treble & the bass, so now I have them dialled in to my preference. The only criticisms I have & it’s nitpicking really:- the case is rounded, so can’t sit upright & the charging port is on the bottom. I would have preferred this to be on the side. Overall though, a brilliant set of earbuds.

sound quality is very good, bass amazng. have not used them for anything except music, so cant comment on the rest. very comfortable too.
