After a long stressful day, using this feels like hitting the reset button for my shoulders and neck. I loved it so much that I ended up gifting one to my mom too because she constantly deals with knots and cold, tense shoulders. Now she uses it every single day like it’s part of her personality 😂 The heat and red light therapy feel really strong and effective, and I love that there are three light settings so you can adjust it depending on how much relaxation or intensity you want. It’s comfortable to wear and actually stays in place while using it. This honestly makes such a great gift—especially for anyone who carries stress in their shoulders or works long hours. Definitely worth the money and one of those purchases you wonder why you didn’t buy sooner!

Only half of the lights worked right out of the box brand new. Returned for a new one that lasted 2 months before half of the lights went out on that one. Unable to return the second one because it’s out of the 30 day return window.

Good - the heat generated and multiple heat settings and auto shut-off to prevent skin damage. Not good - because of the plastic covering it's quite stiff, thus sticks out over my shoulders instead of confirming to them. Also, doesn't conform well to neck. I used it sitting in a chair. When I went to remove it, it was stuck to my back & I had a heck of a time getting it to unstick. I am going to return this and hopefully find something that can more readily conform to my neck & shoulder area.

This heating pad is a game-changer for shoulder neck pain, and even knee pain especially after a long day or intense workout. The way it hugs your upper back, shoulders, and neck is perfect. It heats up fast, stays warm, and the coverage is just right. I’ve used it while working, relaxing on the couch, even during meetings. The fabric is soft, it sits comfortably without slipping, and it delivers that deep, soothing heat that melts the stress away. If you’re dealing with tension, soreness, or just need something to help you unwind, this is it. I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I used it. Definitely one of the best self-care buys I’ve made this year.

This heats up nicely and has four different red light modes which is great. But I am going to agree with others that the plastic that covers up the red lights is very stiff and this doesn't mold to your body well. It is, in fact, annoying. Once I fully decide to keep it and see if it loosens up at all with usage, I might actually cut off the plastic. I bought another brand prior to this one that I returned because it smelled so bad. It did not have the plastic overlay so that makes me believe it isn't really needed. I do realize that this will make it harder to clean though. All this said, it is working well, doesn't smell bad like my previous one, and seems well made. Update: I did finally take the plastic protective covering off of the infrared wrap. It was too stiff to effectively use and because it was plastic it stuck to my skin and got kind of gross. It works just great without it on there. I realize it will be nearly impossible to clean without the plastic there to wipe down, but it was a sacrifice I was willing to make for the item to work better for me.

Update: a few days after I reviewed this product, the seller reached out to me directly asking how they can resolve the issue. Since the product itself was wonderful, i asked for a replacement, and they are sending one now. Honestly, this kind of customer service is rare on Amazon now. I appreciate their proactiveness and their faith in their product! So great while it worked. Quit working after 2 months of use, just doesn’t turn on anymore.

Love this and use it often, but after 5 months, over half the lights are not working. Contacted the company thru an Amazon link and they quickly sent out a replacement. Hoping it works for a long time!
