Seems to be working on my dog's joints too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Jury is Still Out *by J***D on March 19, 2025* Five Star rating is based on giving benefit of the doubt. Have been taking twice daily for a couple of months which may not be long enough to really judge effectiveness. I take it primarily because of its anti inflammatory properties. I am 75 yrs old and have mild arthritis in my hands/ fingers which makes it difficult to make a fist. I take a number of food type supplements for the anti inflammatory properties so it’s hard to tell for a while if a new add on is doing anything. Glucosamine/Chondroitin (1500/1200) twice daily along with Turmeric(95% cuminoids) twice a day in high dose(as much as you can afford) have produced far and away the most profound results over about a six month period. I went from being able to make a half fist to being able to make a completely closed tight fist. If I become lax in taking these two supplements I start to loose flexibility in my hands within a week or two.
