I recently started using the Shark Air Purifier with NeverChange Air Filter Technology, and it’s been a game-changer for my room and home!!! Right out of the box, setup was simple no complicated instructions or extra parts. The air feels noticeably fresher within just a few hours, and I love that it quietly runs in the background without being distracting. The Never Change filter is a huge plus. So far so good. We have only had a few days, so it's early. They need to ask for reviews after 30 days, etc. Not 2 days. This was a "renewed" product. Everything like brand new, perfect. New odor element, new pre filters (2), new sealed HEPA filter, brand new as advertised. Very quiet, on low and medium fan I cannot hear it. It does sense well, went to 70% after oven smoke occurred and "cleaned" for 20 minutes back to 100%. It weights 12 pounds. Easy to understand operations. Would suggest they would include operations manual in box. Not easy to get off the internet for layman. Would recommend as a "To buy" OK product easily so far. Transaction was good and delivery was fast as well. When in Auto mode I cannot hear at 1 meter away.

Amazing air cleaner. Getting ready to go buy a smaller one for the bedroom. This has literally change the air quality in the house in a matter of a couple hours. Love this.

I LOVE it! I bought a refurbished one because I have had good luck in the past with other (not necessarily Shark) products. It is still returnable for a bit if there were any issues with it of which there are none so far. Arrived on time and well packaged. Super easy to get going. Basically, you drop in the included Odor Neutralizer (instructions are on the little package that that comes in), plug it in, turn it on and you are in business. It could not have been simpler. I smoke in one designated area of my home and have two dogs. By the time my husband came home from work it was impossible to smell any smoke odor. It’s like a miracle. Noise level is minimal. I was lucky to have a place to put it where it is pretty much out of sight but can still be heard. Once it detects that the air needs to be cleaned it will automatically work a little harder and create more noise. If you have a Shark Robot vacuum, it is about that level. As it cleans the air the noise level decreases and it can barely be heard. Is not even loud enough when it is working its hardest to have to turn up the tv. I’ve only had this less than a week but, honestly, it is probably one of my absolute favorite purchases for my house. I highly recommend.

Good power. Affordable price for the area that it covers. Really was frustrated though that it didn’t come with an easy set up via paper. You have to use your phone to get to the QR code and a few of the numbers that I entered did not qualify so couldn’t turn on the unit for the next day until I had time to really focus on getting it turned on and ready and then when I did, I had the filter inside without the plastic removed so make sure when you get it that you open it up when you take the plastic off of the filter. It also does not have wheels. I have a small space but wanted to move it closer to my bedroom where my animals sleep with me at night and I have to pick it up with no real handles to do so I give it four stars. Still happy with my purchase. I got mine and then a week later the wildfires calls trouble in our area and that thing was working overtime.

held up well to wildfire smoke. it had to work overtime, but hardly any smoke smell. it wasnt too loud, but def. could hear it kick off because of the smoke. when it wasnt smoky, i didnt notice it.

Customer service for Verdi will lie to you, the website site straight up say 1 yr warranty on ad LOL refurbished products, the after 9 months they say it’s 90 days for products bought off of Amazon, about the air fryer it has a short in the electrical cord. They will not do anything for me. Paid over $200 for this,. When I bought it, it did not say refurbished and now when I look back to their Amazon site they have refurbished on there. I would’ve never bought it refurbished, but their website says one year warranty on all refurbished products and when I contact them, they say it only has a 90 day because I bought it through Amazon a third-party but Verdi still got my money

We ordered a “refreshed” version and had some trouble getting it to work initially (turned on but wouldn’t activate fans). After some troubleshooting with support and a “reboot”, the fan kicked in when powering on and it started working properly. Our apartment is around 1000 sq ft, and we have separate air purifiers in the bedrooms, but placed this one in the main living space. I really appreciate having the colourful ring that indicates air quality. It doesn’t often change from blue, but when the wildfires were causing bad air quality in our city, our building air intake was circulating “fresh” (smoky) air through hallways and it would be smoky near the front of our unit (that’s what prompted us to buy an extra purifier with immediate delivery). As soon as we set this up near the entry, the blue colour changed to yellow and automatically began filtering with higher fans (set to automatic). We keep it near the kitchen to remove any cooking smells and particles in the air. It does help reduce dust as well. I also really appreciate that we don’t need to change the filter as often as many of the other air purifiers on the market.
