I decided to try these creatine gummies because I wanted a more convenient alternative to mixing powder every day. I've used powdered creatine in the past, but there were always mornings when I skipped it simply because I didn't feel like measuring and shaking it up. These gummies have made it much easier to stay consistent with my routine. The strawberry flavor is pleasant without being overly sweet, and the texture is soft and easy to chew. I usually take my serving after my workout or with breakfast on my rest days, and it has become a habit that takes almost no effort. I also appreciate not having to carry a shaker bottle around when I'm traveling or heading to the gym. Since I've only been using them for a short time, I think it's fair to say that it's too early to judge any noticeable changes in muscle growth or strength. Those kinds of results come from consistent training, nutrition, and giving supplements enough time to do their job. For now, I'm simply focused on staying consistent, and these gummies have definitely helped with that. I like knowing they're third-party tested, and the packaging has been convenient to keep in my gym bag. The gummies haven't upset my stomach, and I haven't experienced the gritty texture that sometimes comes with powdered supplements. Overall, I've had a very positive experience so far. They're easy to take, taste good, and fit naturally into my daily fitness routine. While I'll need more time before commenting on long-term performance results, the convenience alone has made them a worthwhile addition, and I'm looking forward to continuing to use them alongside my regular workouts.

A coworker was talking about them taking Creatine for energy boost and I thought what the heck, I’ll try anything since I live on energy drinks. I was happy with the pep in my step and how bright I felt in the morning. Gummies have great blueberry flavor. Mine turns my mouth blue while I chew them up completely but after it goes away i feel like I just had a treat. Im on my third bag. I recommend

Now I actually look forward to taking my creatine every day. Nice flavor and no gritty texture! Chews up nicely and doesn’t hurt my belly! Also is a pretty clean product and cheaper than other brands!

Okay, these gummies are D-licious! I’ve only had one other kind of creatine gummies and I like these better. HOWEVER, I have been in ketosis since 7/5/26 and nothing besides exercising (tennis in Texas heat) has elevated my glucose. Yesterday I took these gummies on an empty stomach and my glucose went up to like 129. Today I took a serving right after tennis (I forgot to take before) and my glucose spiked up to 163! I ate a keto meal right after and it did not seem to do anything to blunt the glucose spike effect. I may have to rethink when I take them or if I will take them at all. No other ill effects from them so far, but then I’m only on day 2. The package says it has 4 grams of carbs and 0 added sugars per serving, but SOMETHING in them is making my glucose spike. For this reason this product is only getting 4 stars. I’m feeling generous.

I was skeptical on the taste of these because usually gummy’s are either too sugary for me, or two chemical tasting. If I didn’t think they would make me sick, I would eat a whole bag at one sitting.!! 😂 knowing that I would go into post surgery, recovery therapy, and needing help rebuilding muscle. I opted for these after a lot of research. The taste is phenomenal. If you are picky like me, these are not too sweet, they are definitely not sugary, and they definitely don’t taste like a chemical meltdown in your mouth.

Not sure who did the third party testing, but these are not NSF certified for sport use, and it shows due to my performance loss. A GMP certified facility is required by the FDA for ALL products so that marketing is misleading. The NSF tests the actual final product and confirms its contents. I switched from Optimum Nutrition to this for a month trial because the gummy format made it easier to consume. Unfortunately I lost 5LBS, which my scale attributed to water loss. Meaning this supplement was not doing its job. I became less vascular too because of it. So I ended up switching back to an NSF certified brand that offers it in capsule form and have seen recovery of performance at the gym, vascularity and water weight gain again a month later. You should make that decision for yourself on whether the risk of not seeing any performance improvement for the sake of taste and convenience is worth it to you. Or if you’re truly serious about performance improvement, maybe you’ll consider an NSF certified brand. But these gummies are not it. Aside from the good taste, I cannot think of another positive thing about the product experience I had.
