Does not make ice faster
I cannot tell you how amazed I am about Cool-Skis support team. I have purchased three Cool-ski ice machines and I had a an issue with the last one not making ice as fast as I thought it should. They jumped right on it and took action to the point that I am fully satisfied with the results! I will be purchasing my 4th unit very soon for my lake house!

Products stopped working within a month of use. I have not gotten my refund that I was told I would get over a week ago. And the technician just kept giving me the run around.

Easy to install – testing under store use
Very easy to install, though it only comes with a basic instruction manual. We're currently testing the machine under heavy use in a drink store, and so far, it's performing well. The ice comes out looking nice and clear. The storage capacity is a bit smaller than I expected, but still manageable. The machine automatically switches modes, and it's easy to change manually using the button. One small safety note: the edge of the flip cover is a bit sharp, so it could potentially scratch your hand if you're not careful. Will update if we encounter any problems—or more good news.
