REV X High Performance Oil Additive - 4 fl. oz. (4 Pack)

One word. Wow! Since I bought my used 6.0 I noticed that it started really rough in the mornings and would have to warm up to about 150 degrees EOT before it drove smoothly. I literally could feel the truck struggle to get to 40 MPH. Felt like it was misfiring, or something like that. I thought that that was just how diesels work and that I just need to run it for 10-15 minutes before driving. I bought this after doing some research and added two four (4) ounce bottles after the last oil change. The next morning, the truck started right up (purring). It didn't sound like part of the engine was going to fall on my driveway. And, when I went to drive it, it ran like a champ. Diesels do need to warm up, so I will never "drive it like I stole it" when it is cold, but I can, at least, flow with traffic without it feeling like it is struggling. I fully endorse this product. BTW, I use Rotella T6 and have been using Hot Shots. That did help with warm run time, but the RevX actually helped with the cold start and cold running. I am not knocking Hot Shots. I think the product does help, but you have my observations. RevX went a bit further.

I have a 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0. Been running cold start for a decade or more. We had to plan 20 minutes of warm up before it would go smoothly and then still was rough. My husband heard about Rev X. We tried it with almost immediate results. Runs smooth with fantastic power.

Use on both of my diesel trucks and it greatly increases performance. Have used it for several years now and this is a pretty good price for four of them. Used to each on the 6 l diesels every oil change has greatly increased injector performance.

great product, my F350 seemed to start faster and easier. works as advertised on reducing injector stiction. little on the pricey side tho. Seems like you have to hunt around for a better price. if it was a little cheaper it would have gotten 5 stars.

Rarely do you find a product that lives up to the hype, I have say this product really works! I have a 06 F-250 Powerstroke diesel with 97K miles that runs ruff when cold. I took it to Ford and they wanted me to get use to a $3,400 bill for replacing all injectors. I tried fuel additives every tank of fuel without success. I tried 2 bottles of REV-X and within 50 miles it ran better, at 100 miles my cold start went away. At 250 miles it performs like it did 10 years ago. Give it a try before you spend money on some other product.

I added it to a poor starting 7.3 and it made zero improvements. It hasent made it start cold any better or run any better.

This product is exactly what it's touted to be: A godsend for 6.0 powerstroke owners. I had one injector fail, and I found two weak injectors to be exhibiting moderate signs of stiction. I replaced the failed injector and began using Rev-X. All of the injectors are now very quiet and run smoothly when starting cold. Both of the weak injectors have moved closer toward normal performance on the scan tool. It's been 10000 miles now since I first started using Rev-X. My injectors continue to perform better than they ever have. Rev-X provides a real work solution to whatever the engineering problems are with the oil charged injection system on the 6.0.
