Sure, happy to help a fellow customer. Corn nuts are high in carbohydrates but low in simple sugars, which makes them a healthier alternative. However, to be aware they can be fairly high in sodium and fat but if for example, you take just 130 calories per 1/3-cup serving, they're relatively low in calories. Any balanced diet has some room for treats hence you can still eat them in moderation. Sometimes, I use corn nuts as a garnish to add crunch to salad. I hope this is helpful.
