Does the wheat straw surface contain plastic? Is it safe?

The wheat straw composite material does use food-grade polypropylene (PP,BPA-free) , which fully meets FDA food contact application standards and is commonly used in food storage containers and tableware. Safety is lozovin's top commitment.

Are both sides stainless steel?

Our cutting board is double-sided design: one side is high-quality 304 stainless steel for meat preparation, and the other side is wheat straw material for fruits/vegetables. This provides optimal performance for different cooking tasks.

I received one product, but the product image shows two. Why?

The pictures show the double sided design of the product (stainless steel side and straw side), showing the detail and texture of each side. In fact, the product is a single piece cutting board, and we are still working on a multi-piece set.

Is the stainless steel side real stainless steel?

Of course. The stainless steel surface is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is safe, durable and rust-proof. You are welcome to test it with metal reagents and other methods.

Is the cutting board easy to scratch?

The cutting board has a carefully designed mesh stainless steel surface, which is more resistant to wear and scratch than ordinary stainless steel. However, it is inevitable that the cutting board will have small scratches after long-term use.
