I’ve been very impressed with the ATOMSTACK A20 Pro V2. Assembly was straightforward, and it was up and running quickly with LightBurn. The 20W laser has plenty of power for engraving and cutting wood, and the engraving quality is sharp and detailed once dialed in. I primarily use it for woodworking projects, coasters, signs, and custom gifts, and it has handled everything well. The large work area is a huge plus, and the machine feels solid and well-built. After some testing and fine-tuning of speeds and power settings, the results have been consistent and professional. If you’re new to laser engraving, expect a learning curve with LightBurn and material settings, but there are plenty of resources available. Overall, this has been a great investment and has helped me expand my woodworking projects and custom product offerings. Excellent Engraver

I bought this laser printer months ago. Still trying to figure it out. Instructions are not clear and not much help for this product.

I had a laser engrave a long time ago and that thing was a disaster. This one was 1/4 of the price and I hit the ground running burning designs and cutting materials. Super easy to use and a lot of content from AtomStack to use. I actually use a craftcutter’s software to manipulate my designs then transfer them to the AtomStack software for the laser. The system is a great price for the excellent quality. Easy to set up, works very well and accurately overlays projects. I highly recommend! PS I did purchase a PVC case to enclose this for ventilation.

I’m extremely disappointed with this laser. I bought the A20 PRO V2 as a replacement for my Atomstack 7X Pro, which had stopped working because the power button wouldn’t stay on. After ordering this one, I ended up fixing my old machine, so the new laser sat in the box for about a month and a half. When I finally set it up — which was quick and straightforward — I plugged it in and smoke immediately started coming out of the electronics box. The machine was brand new and never even got the chance to run once. I contacted both Amazon and Atomstack, and neither would replace the motherboard or the laser, even though the issue was clearly a manufacturing defect. Now I’m stuck with a broken laser and an air assist that I can’t use at all. At this point, I’m done with Atomstack and will be switching to a different brand. Very frustrating experience and a big waste of money

Very easy to put together and if using Lightburn it is easy to use. I love it.

Instruction for setup are not simple to follow. Need pictures for older people to understand. ex. a picture how to connect the data cable direct to computer not to go through a standard hub, must be a data hub, took me 3 days to find this ou. Very frastrating. John

Sehr guter Laser für einen fairen Preis. Leistung ist ausreichend um Sperrholz zu schneiden oder gravieren. Ein Air assist ist aber empfehlenswert dazu zu kaufen

Superbe , graveur laser de qualité avec laser de 20w , la notice en français avec chaque sachets notifiés pour le montage, impossible de se tromper, imprimante très bien bien emballé. Dommage que le logiciel Lightburn n'est pas fournis.
