I used this to replace a Supersonic Gate and Door MC300 FTC number 2AF9TMC300 and it worked perfectly. The plastic cases feel a little cheap but then they all do. It works better than my dying remote from who knows how many years ago.

Basic, excellent remotes that are easy to program. Just make sure that it’s the type of remote that you need. I believe most apartment and condo complexes would use this type of remote.

Where I live, they only gave me one key to open the garage and one remote since my wife has a car. I gave her the key and I had to keep going back-and-forth with the one key so I found it cheaper to buy these two remotes connect to my keys and work great

Terrible. No battery life. Hardly works. Not durable.

Works flawlessly at a very good range for my driveway gate, more range and reliability than my programmed car mirror button. Smaller than previous remote, very portable. Overall great function for price and glad I purchased them.
